1. CUSTOMER SERVICE RRPRESENTATIVE

The customer service team has a vital role to ensure our visitors have a memorable and fun experience. You will be involved with all aspects of the visitor experience, from explaining what we do, to issuing tickets and selling souvenirs. You will receive training and ongoing support to be successful in your role.

2. STEM WORKSHOP FACILITATOR

The Planetarium hosts schools and families and involves them in exciting hands-on practical experiments and activities to show just how much fun STEM can be. A facilitator for this program needs to be excited and infectiously passionate about the world of STEM. You will need to know how to control groups of kids and families and set up and prepare the workshops.

If you can do all of these things, then you’ll love working with Fakieh Planetarium and find it rewarding to see the smiling faces as you bring excitement to their day.
